Ms Valentino was extremely knowledgeable, compassionate and kind. I felt they had all the information I needed and was surprised that I still needed an appointment with the surgeon! Lol that's how good she was.

My PA Cassandra would have received excellent if that option were available. She was patient assess my pain and help me to understand the next steps we would be taking With physical therapy, etc. She also placed a follow up call to me a few days after my appointment with her to check and see how I was doing. That is the first Time in a long time, a healthcare professional has done. Very appreciated. She was kind, compassionate, and so professional
