Dr. Richards is an amazing doctor that I would highly recommend to anyone and plan to recommend to anyone I meet in my situation. So thankful for him!!!

Dr. Richards was incredibly thoughtful and kind, especially recognizing how poorly I was treated by previous fertility doctors and nurses at the Cleveland Clinic. He listened to my needs and treated me as a person instead of a problem.

Dr. Richards was so kind, informative, and helpful in putting me at ease for a procedure that I was very nervous about (embryo transfer). He also made sure it was as special as possible, recognizing the significance of this procedure to me and my partner.

I also had Dr. Bosch as a fellow and she was wonderful. I was very nervous about a certain part of the procedure that has been painful for me in the past, and she gave me the best, most pain-free experience with that part of the procedure that I've ever had. Very much appreciate that as it allowed me to feel more relaxed for the procedure!

Dr. Richards was the most caring doctor I've worked with so far. I've had poor experiences with providers in the past (not at Cleveland Clinic) which can make me a bit skeptical or cynical about talking with new doctors, but Dr. Richards completely put me at ease, was very clear in his communication and answering my questions, and provided a comprehensive plan for next steps. I very much appreciated my appointment with him and look forward to working with him in the future.
