I like the convenience of virtual visits! I feel a rapport with Michelle even though we've not met face to face. She encourages me to reach out to her on my chart if needed before any scheduled visit

Michelle is very professional, knowledgeable , but also compassionate: she listens to me in a way that shows she sees me as a whole person and includes me in assessing my current needs. Michelle's competence is evident in how she helps me learn about how to cope and manage my mental health needs. I feel very lucky to be in her care.
