It was great getting feedback from Dr Albright. I also wanted to add I went to an acupuncturist after we spoke. I'm seeing this person again due to swelling. On left side. I'm thankful for Cleveland Clinic and staff seeing me. And will be in touch. As I write this my back still hurts bad.

I tried a number of doctors before going to Rachel. She has always seemed to care a lot more and has provided strong solutions. She has always demonstrated that she cares for her patients.

I used the video appt. Verses an in person appt. Because it was the only thing available due to availability of in person appt. And my work schedule. My questions to the provider were based off of recent x-ray results and current symptoms I was experiencing. It was the perfect style of appointment to have because I did not need examined. She also set me up for physical therapy. Not having to get in my car and drive to an in person appointment was very convenient.

The doctor took the time to go over my mri and explained everything and was very detailed. It was very helpful for us to understand and I can't thank you enough to give me hope after 12 years of continuous pain.

I fractured my c7 vertebrae In my neck st work and it took me over three weeks to see a physician because it was workers compensation. I wish I could have had an appointment sooner

I looked forward to talking to Rachel Albright because I seen her and talked to Rachel back in 2021 I believe and she was very nice, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. Rachel is someone I looked forward to talking to and trusting what she had to say. Great employee !

Ms. Albright said she was going to consult with Spine Neurosurgeon and get back with us later that day or the next day. It is now 4-2-24 and we still have not heard from her. We don't know how to proceed. We were just looking for a referral to Dr. R. Douglas Orr. Now we don't know how to go about it. We were told as new patients we could not see Dr Orr on the 1st visit.
