Rachel is an excellent care provider. She is all of the above and more.

Rachel was amazing. First doctor in a long time that has sat down and explained my test results to me. She explained everything. I felt a lot better leaving my appointment.

experience was good I felt as if I was rushed a little bit I know I'm not the only patient there but I still have a lot of unanswered questions and would like time to be able to sit with the physician to better understand

Very satisfied with the care provider.

My overarching comment to the Cleveland Clinic & staff is that you have one of the very best in the world for each specialized niche practice that you have ... but follow-up care is not coordinated. I fully appreciate that each surgeon may not have experienced all of the facets of the surgery that they perform, but that is where a team approach comes in. The physicians assistant that I talked to was wonderful, smart and engaging. However, she has never experienced the significant surgery that I went through, and therefore, while I am confident that she has a wonderful theoretical understanding of recovery practice and implications, I am unconvinced that she had the practical knowledge to share. I fully appreciate that I would never want anyone to have to go through this sort of back surgery, but a bit more practical guidance as to what to anticipate would be greatly appreciated.

Everyone was so nice on the phone and patient with me, I seem to rattle on sometimes lol. PA Rachel Adolph was very nice and very thorough explaining the results of my MRI and what else needed done before I talk to Dr Kalfus. Rachel sent me to the xray department and they took me right in. They lady in xray was also very nice.

Rachel Adolph by far has been one of the very best providers I have ever had. she showed me the x-rays and MRI I had done in 2017 and explained completely the issues in my back. This had never been done before. When I had these services provided in 2017 no one ever explained or showed these to me. I so appreciated that part of my visit with Rachael. I was so completely satisfied with the care that she gave me and would highly recommend her to anyone for their spine health.

Gave me more information than my previous care provider. Additionally, listened to my concerns and answered every question I had with the utmost professionalism.
