I always look forward to my visits with Jessica. She is very thorough and kind. She shows concern with the overall wellbeing. It feels more like talking to a friend instead of just a medical practitioner.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Costa! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely at ease. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply compassionate and attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. Her expertise and care throughout the entire process made me feel safe and supported. I am beyond grateful for the excellent care I received and highly recommend Dr. Costa To anyone looking for an outstanding OBGYN. Truly the best!

I felt like Dr. Costas talked to me not at me. She gave me the time to explain my situation, how I was feeling, and my concerns but also talked me through why she recommended her route of treatment. She was patient and understanding and made me feel heard.

I really appreciated her time with dealing my trauma and working through a plan going forward. No one else has ever done that for me or gave me options. I can't tell you how much that means to me.

Jessica Costa has got to be one of the best. She is very knowledgeable, while having excellent bed side manner. She understands and acknowledges that this type of visit can be uncomfortable for women that have experienced trauma. She takes the time to build trust with her patients, which is very important to me. I can't say enough about the care she has provided for me.

Jessica Costa Is helpful, very aware an concerned about my feelings or convictions or concerns. She is knowledgeable and informative. When I come in I feel like I have met with a friend, instead of a disconnected medical professional to whom I am a chart number. I have highest regards for her.

Jessica Costa is hands down the best medical caregiver I've ever had! She has extraordinary listening skills, is empathetic, and takes time to thoroughly discuss all issues and answer all questions. Her recommendations for addressing my health issues have significantly improved my life. I wish I could go to her for everything!

Jessica gets a 15 out of 10 in my book. She is wonderful. She is a great listener and clearly explains things. She is also very gentle and compassionate in conducting exams/procedures.

Jessie was one of the kindest people I've met in the medical field and am grateful to have met her, I felt like she heard me and was going to advocate for me in anyway she's able. If I'm fortunate enough to need a midwife in the future would love to come back and see her.

I thought Jessica Costa was a great. She listened to my concerns attentively and was clear about the steps I could take going forward. I have lived in Wooster for about 12 years. It was my first visit with Doctor Costa, and it was also by far my best experience meeting with a gynecologist.
