Lauren is an amazing provider. We would absolutely follow her if she left the Cleveland Clinic. I tell all our friends and family about how kind, patient, amd professional she is. Lauren has amazing bedside manner. She also takes very early morning appointments which is so convenient. I want everyone to know that her care has truly been life changing for myself and my daughter.

I have been seeing Cleveland Clinic providers for some time now, and I cannot say that I have ever had a poor experience with anyone. However, Ms. Zamborsky has been the best provider that I have ever had contact with including outside agencies. She was kind, personable, and truly cared about my well-being. I was there for a mole on the side of my face/head, but she checked other areas of concern as well per my request. She provided me with my options, asked me how I felt about the courses of action provided, and gave me her recommendation when I asked. Ultimately, I decided to have the mole removed. I was pretty nervous about the procedure, but Ms. Zamborsky thoroughly explained the process and eased my nerves. I could not believe how simple and quick the procedure was. I have already recommended her to multiple people as she is an incredible provider.

I first see the nurse, followed by Dr. Zamborsky. On one occasion the doctor was accompanied by a nurse practitioner in training. They were both courteous.

Ms Zamborski was helpful and kind. She offered me the opportunity to explain my concerns and was very good at explaining her ideas about what may be happening. Since I wasn't presently experiencing a skin flare up, she suggested sending a mychart message to schedule a time to see her when I have a flare up. She will try to get me in and confirm the diagnosis. I really appreciated the time she spent with me.
