Explanations and after care were either run through very quickly or not at all. I received a message in Mychart about all the after care and explanation of what was found and the treatment, what was reported about all that information was very extensive which contradicted the actual information I received during my visit. Otherwise, the visit was enjoyable

THIS VISIT WAS EASY re: GETTING the CARE I NEEDED. DOCTORS at CCF ARE SOOOOOOO BUSY; SOME ARE VERY DIFFICULT to SCHEDULE, BUT THAT IS BECAUSE the CARE THEY GIVE is GREAT.

Dr Zamborsky is just the best. She is caring, thorough, kind and makes you feel so comfortable. She explains everything she is doing, and does a great job of assuring your privacy will be maintained. She is one of a kind, and my wife and both think the very best of her.

Dr. Zamborsky was wonderful before, during and after the procedure. Not only did she explain the entire process, answer all my questions and concerns, but included me in all decisions. She was very pleasant, professional and truly cared for me, not only as a patient but a person. Her and her nurses worked as a team and I cannot say enough about all of them. Highly recommend her and I will be keeping her as my dermatologist.

It takes an act of Congress to get an appointment with an M.D. Dermatologist. I have seen Ms Zamborsky an NP for awhile and she is an outstanding professional and a very nice human.

Lauren is an amazing provider. We would absolutely follow her if she left the Cleveland Clinic. I tell all our friends and family about how kind, patient, amd professional she is. Lauren has amazing bedside manner. She also takes very early morning appointments which is so convenient. I want everyone to know that her care has truly been life changing for myself and my daughter.

Can only schedule with this provider when her "schedule" comes up at 3 months. So sometimes have to call back to get the right time to schedule, sometimes 3 times. Can't wait too long or else her 3 month appts., are gone! Have to time it just right to get an appt., rather inconvenient.

I have been seeing Cleveland Clinic providers for some time now, and I cannot say that I have ever had a poor experience with anyone. However, Ms. Zamborsky has been the best provider that I have ever had contact with including outside agencies. She was kind, personable, and truly cared about my well-being. I was there for a mole on the side of my face/head, but she checked other areas of concern as well per my request. She provided me with my options, asked me how I felt about the courses of action provided, and gave me her recommendation when I asked. Ultimately, I decided to have the mole removed. I was pretty nervous about the procedure, but Ms. Zamborsky thoroughly explained the process and eased my nerves. I could not believe how simple and quick the procedure was. I have already recommended her to multiple people as she is an incredible provider.
