Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

The individual who helped me set up the appointment with Dr. Lin was very helpful and friendly. They might shot website can be further improve to be more user-friendly especially in setting up the video call. I am well-versed in computers and still find the process a bit confusing.

Dr. Lin was very friendly and easy to talk to. She takes the time to answer my questions and explain the diagnosis really well. Visit summary with instructions for next steps were sent to me immediately after the appointment. It would be great if the recommended medications can be purchased through Cleveland clinic because navigating through the Internet to find reputable sellers is a bit challenging. In addition, it would be more helpful if the recommended supplements and vitamins come with detailed instructions on when and how many to take daily.

My experience with Dr. Lin is very good BUT all of my (past) appointments with her have disappeared from my MyChart. I've sent 2 messages to get this fixed by IT with ZERO response. I tap on past appointments to see some information. She is not even in my drop down list any longer.
