Provider seemed very competent but distant. I wasn't so much a person, but a case. I don't typically see this provider and maybe that accounts for some of the formality and lack of humanness/bedside manner, but the suggestions she gave me are assumptions she made of things I without really listening to what I was sharing.

I actually wanted to see my primary doctor but that is getting impossible without scheduling 6 months in advance.

Alexandria Rodriguez is great I wish see wasn't temporary as I would want her to be my Nurse practitioner

Alexandria was extremely patient with me in regards to actually getting linked up as I had extreme problems with my Zoom App. She didn't give up on me and called me, and worked out being able to link with her thru my wife's phone Zoom App. I am extremely grateful for her patience.

She didn't really hear me, just ordered same labs which have the same results. Felt like a wasted visit
