Dawn Boyle is an excellent P/A. She is courteous and talks to you like a family member. Was disappointed that I couldn't get a cortisone shot in my hip that has been hurting for weeks. Dawn did her best to get me an appointment with Dr. Shin as soon as possible. All other staff was courteous as well.

Dawne always provides the best quality care and makes me feel comfortable. She actively listens and is easy to talk to. She ordered an Xray on the 3rd floor of the medical building which I was able to complete the same day.

I appreciate they gave me the appointment and they are taking care of me, just I want to know about the XRay of my last appointment the doctor Shin mentioned, and I didn't have the opportunity to ask him directly about that X-ray , they said they check my records and they didn't found he mentioned it; but he told me he founded in my records.
