100% recommend Joan. She is easy to talk to and shows concern for me as a person. I feel at ease with her and genuinely like her. She is professional and knowledgeable about my medical history and treatment options.

Re: her proposed treatment of an insulin pump, I nixed it immedistely, so it was not discussed further

I was so pleased with how Ms.Griffen took the time to listen and study the spreadsheet I had created with issues related to my Dexcom BGM. I understand why it takes so long to get an appointment with her!! (I just don't understand why it's so complicated. My PCP allows me to see his schedule & available time slots on-line. That way I can easily pick the date I prefer without having someone filter out available times In order to quickly end the phone call. Dr Griffin (I don't know what to call her) was the absolute best. I look forward to my next visit.

I was logged on about two mins before my appt time. However I waited for about 20 mins and my provider did not come on. I had to get to my job. So I had no appt and no one has reached out to me to reschedule
