Care provider never showed up or turned on the digital meeting

The NP was wonderfully courteous, respectful, friendly, and listened extremely well about what I considered was the problem on my end. I rarely get that kind of respect and concern for my issues. She should get a raise!

It might sound funny, but I really enjoyed my visit. Katalyn was very personable, she was a great listener and teacher (about what was going on and rationale for the meds she prescribed.)

She was absolutely the best care provider I have ever worked with. I would request her again, if it was an option. I would also chose her for my medical needs if she had an office by me. I felt as though she really cared, and she actually LISTENED to me. She is amazing!

This was a great experience. I was able to get attention quickly that fit my schedule and that's exactly what happened. She was very nice, understanding and sent my meds out immediately. I can't express enough how happy I was about her and my experience with this type of visit.

She helped us triage and decide if we should go to the ER with our daughter, or give it a little time to resolve at home before we made that effort. This is the biggest value of virtual appointments, in my opinion, to help us decide if our situation is worth an urgent ER visit.

I really liked my provider! She was wonderful. One thing that would have made her even better was a "If your symptoms don't improve after this course of treatment, you should..." comment so I know when to be seen again.

With this appointment the provider was great, and the appointment was easy. The reason I gave that rating a 3 is because, unfortunately, having hospital insurance, certain things are minimally nonexistent
