I really liked my provider! She was wonderful. One thing that would have made her even better was a "If your symptoms don't improve after this course of treatment, you should..." comment so I know when to be seen again.

An in person visit was better for my situation. My caregiver was excellent even though she had to defer on any treatment until I could be seen in person.

With this appointment the provider was great, and the appointment was easy. The reason I gave that rating a 3 is because, unfortunately, having hospital insurance, certain things are minimally nonexistent

My care provider was wonderful and great with treatment suggestions in addition to just medicine. She also explained the side effects I may get and which to be concerned about. I was prepared for the terrible taste in my mouth and that helped me.
