last ? is N/A. Dr Shin is always very knowledgeable in his area of expertise. I was fortunate to get an appointment so soon as I have severe back pain and needed to speak with him. He came in the room and asked many questions and pulled up my xrays and explained everything to me. He's very personable and friendly. This puts me at ease on his office. He thinks another injection will serve my needs well. Hopefully this one will produce similar results as my previous 2.

Dr. Shin was excellent and I was so happy to get in to see him again! I had been here the year before about this neck pain and was told I could only see a P.A. This person told me after only a few minutes in the room that there was nothing that could be done for my neck problem. I knew that Dr. Shin had fixed my back problem several years back and my neck problem was acting exactly the same. I persisted and tried several other ways to help this including physical therapy. I finally found an orthopedic surgeon who recommended me to Dr. Shin and said that he had some marvelous techniques to deal with this problem (I assumed she was talking about Radio Frequency Ablation from the way she described it.) She told me to contact him and if the office personnel wouldn't let me see him personally, to call her back and she would personally call him. I was very happy to have called and gotten in very fast. Dr. Shin was so upbeat and personable about the problem that I know I am going to have a good result again! He was my hero for getting me out of all the pain I was in with my back.
