I absolutely love the Cleveland Clinic healthcare system, and Nancy Kempke was a peach. She was thorough, both with the explanation of the procedure itself and the different stages I'd have to complete before I get scheduled for a procedure.

I asked Nancy to submit a prior authorization to my insurance as they were requiring it, even though I thought they would not cover my prescription. I really appreciate that she sent it right away and then left me a message with the very good news that it was approved and being covered! I was refilling that weekend, so having that info right away saved me a lot of money!

Comprehensive evaluation, appropriate and very detailed verbal as well as direct assessment, easy communication and very thorough additional questions in order to appropriately evaluate the situation and render recommendations. She has always been nothing but excellent, and her expertise is incredibly valuable every time.

This was an initial assessment. The provider listened attentively and gave appropriate feedback and recommendations. I did not feel rushed at all. She accurately captured my concerns and goals, and came up with a sound approach to address them. I felt well cared for and will return for follow up.

I have seen Ms. Nancy Kempke several times in the past. As a medical professional myself, I can certainly appreciate her knowledge base and comprehensive approach at every encounter. She is always methodical, first addressing the main concern, but then expands on each additional issue. She always provides a comprehensive assessment, and identifies potential ramifications as they pertain to my health. She is always polite, courteous, empathetic, professional, and helpful. It is always a pleasure to see her and interact with her. All communication is seamless, prompt and effective.
