This provider did not give me a chance to speak and give her a brief his of my condition. She stated "your job is to tell me you symptoms, and my job is to diagnos you." I felt disrespected ted and dismissed.

Dismissive of concerns, feel like the information provided was not further investigated or follow up questions or symptoms evaluated adequately to come to the conclusion, which the provider seemed to have reached prior to the start of the session. The visit seemed algorithmic rather than individualized and provider was confident without adequate knowledge base or revision of patient history or applicable public health measures.

I had a horrible experience! I connected to the appointment but the Dr never came on the call. I waited on zoom for an hour. Then the Dr sent me an After Visit Summary and charged me $30, but I had never been seen.

I was sick, with 104 fever and chills. I was in bed. She was insistent that I sit up claiming that this was respectful. I was so weak I could barely sit up in bed. Even as I was trying to comply with her request, she was being rude. There was zero empathy from this provider. Very disappointed. Listen to what the patient is saying.

I began to dose off w the waiting video, she was courteous in arousing me w her introduction. She was firm w professionalism; but listened w intent to my concerns in gathering history of my current condition and symptoms. I can declare that we worked together at making The exam a success. Securing what was needed for follow-up and timely treatment.

It was early Saturday morning and I think this poor gal had been working all night or just getting in. Once the appointment got started I got her smiling. She listened to everything I said. She was very knowledgeable on the issue.

She was very rude. When I had explained my situation, she literally just told me it's only going to get worse and that was that she didn't make any suggestions. She didn't try to help not even anything just to help until I got home from my trip. If I'm being honest, speaking with her was a waste of time

I very much disagreed with her assessment, I didn't feel like she listened and I wound up having to get her re-evaluated later that same day. And she was diagnosed with pink eye

Waited very long. What I was prescribed did not work. Had to have another visit with a different provider the next day. Got the x-ray. NP. Did not even explain it to me. Just put it on my chart

The Healthcare Provider showed little interest in my concerns in addressing my condition. She was focused on telling me that I didn't need to worry about the color of my nasal mucus, and didn't seem interested in helping me adequately address my illness. Her responses were curt.

She was rude and condescending She did not read my concerns or even ask about my history I needed an antibiotic for a sinus infection as I have chronic well documented with cleveland clinic - she ordered nasal spray It was a horrible experience and she was just rude and rushed In comments I said I need an antibiotic I had to then go to another dr who gave me the antibiotics as it was blatantly obvious I needed them

She was very unprofessional, rude, and condescending. I was sure my daughter had pink eye as it is spreading through the school and she had no regard for the facts nor my opinion as a mom. She didn't ask questions about my daughter, just laughed and ended the call promptly. My daughter ended in the office the next morning with two pink eyes and an ear infection. This provider was a horrific experience

The comment made my the nurse or doctor "just so you know, this sinus infection is your fault" was so rude and unprofessional. I feel bad for the rude comments she's made to others. Should really think about how she uses words while dealing with sick patients.
