My care provider was Jeanette Kubicky. She listened carefully and came up with a plan to bring me to a place of recovery. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Her demeanor and knowledge gave me confidence that I was receiving excellent care.

I always enjoy seeing Jeanette. She is informative about any new information concerning my condition and offers helpful advise about how to manage my care. I feel confident in her advice. I recommend her and Dr Faltay to any one I come across needing this type of treatment.
