Very thorough and helped me decide whether antiviral treatment was necessary, and also was clear about cost of medication with insurance, which was very helpful.

The doctor was very kind and informative and explained things in an easy to understand manner.Though I had a virus that antibiotics can't help with, she prescribed me some nasal decongestant that is better than any I have ever used before. I will definitly use Teledoc again for my medical emergencies! :)

Ironically, because we weren't in physical presence, she had to be more verbally attentive and that came through and made the visit more personal than some in-person visits I've had lately. This visit and the one my daughter had with her earlier in the day showed the true promise of virtual care when you have the right provider.
