Better than waiting the emergency ten hrs. Just to not get seen and leave without anything accomplished. She handle my issues I was having within a few minutes. I understand it's people that had worse problems than me but to wait 10 hrs just to not get seen was ridiculous. This nurse/ doctor handle my problem immediately and she seem like she cared about what I was going through. She was great . Thank you !

This was not a great experience overall. She had an agenda, to deal with me and move on, it showed. My call could not have lasted 3 minutes.

Jennifer was awesome. We had video issues and she quickly realized it was going to make it so frustrating so she just ended the video and called me immediately. Really appreciated that!!

My virtual visit with this provider was LESS than 5 minutes long. She pretty much just dismissed my symptoms without explaining her diagnosis to me and ended the call. As a result, I had to go to an in-person express care clinic for further treatment the next day and got help (thank god) for some relief. Even the NP I saw there was shocked I was not treated as part of the virtual visit given my symptoms.

It was excellent I wasn't feeling well. It was a perfect portal for me. I really enjoyed talking to Dr McCoy . She's spot on when it comes to my health issues . And she has made a difference in my life. That's for sure.!

Very thorough and helped me decide whether antiviral treatment was necessary, and also was clear about cost of medication with insurance, which was very helpful.

The doctor was very kind and informative and explained things in an easy to understand manner.Though I had a virus that antibiotics can't help with, she prescribed me some nasal decongestant that is better than any I have ever used before. I will definitly use Teledoc again for my medical emergencies! :)
