I happened to be in crisis mode during my appointment as my dad was just taken to the ED with a serious GI bleed and was critical. He was getting transferred to ICU so I was able to step out to take the virtual appointment and Beth was so understanding and compassionate about the entire situation. She demonstrated a real caring attitude and in that moment, I really needed it and appreciated it.

Has always been easy to set up appointments and this video conferencing really worked out great for us. It saved us 4 hours of time by not having to drive all the way to Cleveland and then back to home for a 20 minutes session with the doctor. Thank you so much

Beth Mellors was as usual both thorough and patient. She even put a series of split screen (before and current) images so that we could see if anything had changed..As someone who know a bit about imaging, I was appreciative she would discuss things much as a professor might advise a less skilled student i.e. Educate, not gloss over.
