Kathryn is very attentive to my son. She spends a lot of time making sure he understands his diagnosis. She is very patient and we are forever grateful. I wish more providers would exhibit these characteristics especially when seeing kids.

Dr. Halley was extremely thoughtful and caring throughout the entire process. My son had a lot of anxiety and she handled it very well and helped us both to be at ease.

Kathryn Haller was an outstanding provider, one of the best I've encountered at Cleveland Clinic. She is kind, caring and was extremely thorough in her explanations. She took time to listen and answered all questions. I will highly recommend her to others.

Amazing! I love the whole office. Kathryn is the best she literally goes above and beyond. I wish she was my child's primary physician!

Video visits are not, despite what people seem to think, the same as in-person visits. I know my daughter felt shy and uncomfortable; I, too, felt a little thrown by the situation. Dr. Haller did an awesome job explaining what was going on with my daughter's healing and care, but I wish the option for an in-person visit at the usual clinic had been available.

Providers were excellent here. I really did appreciate the wonderful care, and it made my daughter feel much better to have a doctor she felt took her seriously and listened to her.
