I felt dismissed. The care provider didn't truly listen to the issue. The notes on my visit are not correct.

my recent telehealth with Dr. Folger was nothing short of fantastic. Really appreciated her ability to jump on a call with me and help me address a virus that I've had for a month that she was able to help diagnose provide me medication and I have not felt this good in over a month. Thank you again, Dr. Folger.

I tested positive for Covid on a Saturday morning so I couldn't get in to see my Dr and I wanted to start a treatment as soon as possible.

She didn't listen to my concerns about having an upper respiratory infection which worsened over the next few days requiring emergency treatment.

She recommended spot on what I needed. Within a few days, I was feeling a lot better. I hadn't slept in two nights because of coughing and the cough medicine she prescribed worked.

Very poor communication, did not listen. Had to repeat what I was being seen for 3 times and she still didn't listen. Talked over me on more than one occasion. Kept repeating the medical terms for body parts like I was not smart enough to know them. Made me cry after the visit because she was so uncaring, disrespectful and rude.

I had to wait about 20 minutes for a provider to join the call but it wasn't too bad! The provider was great and I was able to quickly get a prescription.
