I tested positive for Covid on a Saturday morning so I couldn't get in to see my Dr and I wanted to start a treatment as soon as possible.

She didn't listen to my concerns about having an upper respiratory infection which worsened over the next few days requiring emergency treatment.

She recommended spot on what I needed. Within a few days, I was feeling a lot better. I hadn't slept in two nights because of coughing and the cough medicine she prescribed worked.

Very poor communication, did not listen. Had to repeat what I was being seen for 3 times and she still didn't listen. Talked over me on more than one occasion. Kept repeating the medical terms for body parts like I was not smart enough to know them. Made me cry after the visit because she was so uncaring, disrespectful and rude.

I had to wait about 20 minutes for a provider to join the call but it wasn't too bad! The provider was great and I was able to quickly get a prescription.

Alison Folger was effective and efficient in treating me during this visit. She was very nice and treated me as an actual human being. Very good experience with her. We need more doctors to treat their patients like she does.

I ended up going to an urgent care the next day. I was disappointed I had spent my limited morning time the first day trying to use a virtual visit. As a working mom, I didn't have more time that morning to seek care, so I went the next day. Again, my condition probably wasn't great for virtual care, but It was clear It was not going to be productive pretty much from the outset. The provider also mentioned a prescription for my cough (a chief complaint), but didn't end up writing one.
