About Yonatan Spolter, MD

Dr. Spolter received his undergraduate degree in microbiology at the University of Maryland at College Park. He studied medicine at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, Maryland. He went on to complete neurology residency and neuromuscular fellowship training at University Hospitals, Case Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He is a diplomat of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both Neurology and Neuromuscular Medicine.

Dr. Spolter was wonderful, kind, considerate and caring! He was knowledgeable and the lab work he ordered helped provide me with some answers. He is extremely responsive in the my chart app which I truly appreciate! I have a 45 minute commute and I wasn't sure if I would return because of the distance but after seeing him I am happy to drive the distance for the care that he provides.

Dr Spolter was very attentive and patient. He performed a thorough examination explaining his steps along the way. He clearly explained his findings and his recommendations. He chose a conservative first steps regime scheduling a follow-up video appointment in two months to discuss progress to date. I was very impressed how easy it was to communicate with Dr Spolter and how he did not rush the appointment. He took as much time as we needed without wasting time.

I came to Cleveland Clinic for a second opinion regarding my ALS diagnosis. Dr Spolter was extremely informative, meticulous, and caring throughout his examination. He did confirm my previous diagnosis, but I left knowing I met with a five star doctor whose opinion you could take to the bank. I love Dr. Spolter and his patients are so fortunate to him on their team.

After 4 days in Akron General Hospital, multiple symptoms and a lot of test. Dr. Spolter was able to diagnose Myasthenia Gravis. So far my treatment is going slow but well.
