Dr Sullivan is a hard person to schedule with as she is popular for a good reason. She is worth the wait and takes all the time necessary. I don't feel rushed and I felt heard.

I can't say enough good things about my provider-she is absolutely the best! From the moment I started working with her, she has been incredibly attentive, always taking the time to listen and truly understand my needs. She even took the extra step of looking at my genealogy, showing a level of dedication and care that I've never experienced before. I felt completely respected throughout the entire process, and she made me feel safe to share my feelings without any judgment. It's clear that she genuinely cares about my well-being. I have full confidence that if anything significant shows up in my tests, she won't miss it-because she's committed to making sure I get the best care possible. I'm so grateful to have her as my provider!

I self referred as Erika was recommended by a friend, I was needing someone to listen to me, provide reassurance or provide me unoleasant news, explanation of results, and someone who I could trust to have my health as a priority. Erika met all of those! I tried first with my PCP and then a local breast center also just shrugged my concern off. That is when I decided to come to cleveland clinic breast center and see Erika!! She Is the best!!! Thank you!

Erika was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was a value add for all my questions and concerns, she also weighed in on some other tangential issues that I raised that were not the primary part of the appointment. She demonstrated strong subject matter knowledge, and good knowledge of the Clinic and my options there. She is a top talent.
