Had wanted Kristi's boss, because she uses ultrasound. But was told that that Dr doesn't see patients of my age. I am too old!! Thought that was a little strange.

She did not come across as knowing what she was doing and I had to pull out of her what my next steps are. All the way down to driving she couldn't really answer that also swelling in my legs expected mobility of arm in the upon healing am I on track? When can the sling come off and can I sleep on my side after that. Really the only valuable thing done was removal of the stitches. She is very courteous though

Kristi was well-informed and able to communicate her answers to my questions so that I understood what she was saying. This appointment was for a second opinion, and it was definitely worthwhile to have had this consultation. You have a very knowledgeable employee in Kristi!

She was excellent. She listened to my issues. Showed care and concern for me, explained in detail what I need to have for for hip surgery. She even made several calls on my behalf to try to get in with a surgeon sooner. She also followed up with me after calling around.
