Kristi is outstanding! She impressed me enough at my first visit to the CC to switch surgeons to a CC doctor. She is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions clearly. I felt as if I had adequate information to make decisions after my conversation with her. She explained everything clearly and I felt that I had a good understanding of my condition when we finished my visit.

Had wanted Kristi's boss, because she uses ultrasound. But was told that that Dr doesn't see patients of my age. I am too old!! Thought that was a little strange.

She did not come across as knowing what she was doing and I had to pull out of her what my next steps are. All the way down to driving she couldn't really answer that also swelling in my legs expected mobility of arm in the upon healing am I on track? When can the sling come off and can I sleep on my side after that. Really the only valuable thing done was removal of the stitches. She is very courteous though
