The doctor did a very good job of explaining the situation in terms that I could understand and was happy to answer my mini questions.

Your system did not have a way to code my issue when I first called to make an appointment, so the scheduler took copious notes, then told me the doctors would review them and decide which physician would be the best one for me to see. She said I would get a call back. I never did. I called back once a week for 3 weeks. Finally, I just had them code my issue differently so I could get an appointment.

Called 330 day before scheduled appointment to tell me X-rays would be taken. I had MRI done in July, I could have brought that. I asked for surgeon and he was not. Doc was very professional.
