I say the convenience of your location because I live an hour and fifteen minutes away. This is my choice. I say I have not called my provider, Kathleen Scott, between 6-month visits, which is true. I have on the other hand sent her an email through the patient record screen with a situation in which she promptly answered me with information and instructions.

Appointment representatives (2) were unable to access time schedule of the provider. Ttime on HOLD was excessively long. I was both frustrated and irritated with the inability to schedule this appointment. I began to feel the only way to arrange the appointment was to physically go to the office, that should not have been the solution. I expect more from the Cleveland Clinic.

I think Kathleen should receive a well deserved raise. she is a very nice , and very personable health provider. She is a credit to your organization. You should also have a "does not apply" option to many of the questions.

She was great.... never knew I had to many options for preventative care.... and healthy options! Love it!
