Dr. Scott was wonderful. She took all the time needed to talk to me and answer all of the questions.

unlike many clinic providers, ms Scott always responds to messages. I've never tried to call.

I say the convenience of your location because I live an hour and fifteen minutes away. This is my choice. I say I have not called my provider, Kathleen Scott, between 6-month visits, which is true. I have on the other hand sent her an email through the patient record screen with a situation in which she promptly answered me with information and instructions.

Appointment representatives (2) were unable to access time schedule of the provider. Ttime on HOLD was excessively long. I was both frustrated and irritated with the inability to schedule this appointment. I began to feel the only way to arrange the appointment was to physically go to the office, that should not have been the solution. I expect more from the Cleveland Clinic.
