Dr. McLaughlin was very thorough in explaining knee replacement options in my case. He seems very up to date & informed. I found him to be pleasant, just a bit arrogant.

A nurse went against dr. orders by removing compression on my legs. When dr. arrived, he ordered it back on.

The doctor gave us so much information that we will be studying it from now until the time of my surgery. He was very thorough.

Reviewed on Jan 2, 2018

Much better experience than our previous visit in August when treatment was abrupt and when I had questions and contacted the office, never received any response. I truly felt the doctor resented that my Mom's surgery was done in Buffalo even though this was not due to our choice but was due to an injury when we were in Canada This time he seemed much more interested in my mom's care which was greatly appreciated

Reviewed on Dec 26, 2017

My only complaint about my treatment, is I feel my pain is not being adequately managed. I recognize the opinion of avoiding over prescribing of narcotic pain meds but very often my level of pain interferes with the progress of healing and regaining functionality.
