Once you can get an appointment, my provider and the staff I come in contact with are excellent. My problem with the Cleveland Clinic is that it is so hard to get an appointment for any provider that I use.

You need dermatologists in Worcester. I've made five or six failed attempts to get an annual exam scheduled with Dr. Ing. My husband has the same difficulty getting a follow up appointment with Dr. Ing. The staff at this location was wonderful, but it was an hour and 20 minute drive away.
