Dr. Was professional and courteous! He did as much as he could for me on a virtual appt for what I was suffering from. He listened & trusted my judgement as to what I needed.

The provider was very friendly and empathetic. He listened to my daughter explaining her symptoms and was very clear on a solution.

The provider was vey professional and did a great job. However, they were unable to help me at all because I was physically located in an adjacent state.

I had a problem getting in to the video but the provider didn't seem annoyed. He was informative.

Would use the service again. It's quicker then trying to get an appointment with my personal physician.

I felt very dismissed about my symptoms and that I was less sick than the provider assumed I was. Even the second visit when I had gotten worse he seemed annoyed. I'm not looking for a quick fix to being sick, I am a 44 year old woman with 4 children who understands self care and the importance of rest and fluids and patience. I respect the vast knowledge and expertise of a doctor, however I also know my body and have a college degree myself so the quick judgement was not necessary.

I felt the provider lacked confidence in his 'diagnosis' ~ I left the appointment just as concerned as when I started the appointment.

No recommendations or suggestions on a specific location or doctor I could see within Cleveland clinic. Waste of time and waste of insurance! My insurance doesn't require referral or anything. I could go to any doctor without referral. No recommendation were given! Basically nothing he could do or say.
