The provider was very friendly and empathetic. He listened to my daughter explaining her symptoms and was very clear on a solution.

The provider was vey professional and did a great job. However, they were unable to help me at all because I was physically located in an adjacent state.

I felt very dismissed about my symptoms and that I was less sick than the provider assumed I was. Even the second visit when I had gotten worse he seemed annoyed. I'm not looking for a quick fix to being sick, I am a 44 year old woman with 4 children who understands self care and the importance of rest and fluids and patience. I respect the vast knowledge and expertise of a doctor, however I also know my body and have a college degree myself so the quick judgement was not necessary.

I felt the provider lacked confidence in his 'diagnosis' ~ I left the appointment just as concerned as when I started the appointment.

No recommendations or suggestions on a specific location or doctor I could see within Cleveland clinic. Waste of time and waste of insurance! My insurance doesn't require referral or anything. I could go to any doctor without referral. No recommendation were given! Basically nothing he could do or say.

Excellent all around. Care provider helped me understand the conditions I had and answered all my questions satisfactorily. This is the second time I get this gentleman on the line and he was excellent again just as he was the last time we talked. Thanks to him and thanks to Cleveland Clinic for having excellent care providers.

I was very sick with all the symptoms of strep throat, I was told it was likely a virus and should wait it out I was concerned it was strep throat and he told me I could go get a test if I wanted. I waited another day and became even sicker I went to get tested and was positive for strep. I ended up missing 3 days of work.

When I went to Express Care I was going to have to wait for them to send my results to telehealth before being able to get a prescription fortunately the care providers at express care we kind enough to switch me over to their care

Overtalks pt, second time seeing him and getting NO medication for two INFECTIONS. Both times I contacted my PCP AFTER seeing this doctor and was given TAMIFL (first time) and antibiotics I desperately needed for this time for a sinus infection. TWO extra visits because he isn't' interested in helping his patients.

I had to see a different provider at a different location on the same day to get the medications I needed. This appointment was a complete waste of time and I will never use the service again

Doctor was great. He listened and ask thorough questions and then explained the probable causes and prescribed meds. He answered all questions thoroughly. An excellent doctor!

I had felt as if I was getting a uti took only one pill over counter med and seemed completely better so figured I didn't have uti, then next night while sleeping got full blow uti and super uncomfortable I had a mandatory work mtg so figured I would do online express and get meds since I get uti often and was positive I had one. Provider would not help me and said I needed to go to urgent care and have urine analysis first. I asked if he could prescribe meds so I could get started and maybe have relief sooner than later and I would go after work and he said no.
