I made an appointment for August 30th, and when I got there they said I canceled my appointment, which I did not do. They rescheduled me for September 4th, at 9:40 am. They said that I canceled my appt for August 30th at 11:45 pm by phone, which is not correct as I am never up at that time of night. So I came back on September 4th, and got my appointment to see Dr. Stern.

Inordinate wait time to be seen. Appointment was for 3 PM and I did not get into see him until 10 until four. After the two technicians ran their tests, I sat by myself in the exam room for a good 15 to 20 minutes if not longer. When I left After having been seen by Dr. Stern, who is top notch, there was no one left in the office to schedule my next appointment.

Never had a bad experience with Dr. Stern. Dr. Sterm will ask questions, provide easy to understand explanations and offers suggestions and options during exams. He a compassionate doctor too. Having seen Dr. Stern for about 15 years, I have recommended him to those who ask (as well as those who don't) when there is a need for a Doctor of his caliper. I'll always thank him.

Dr. Stern is a great doctor. I wish I could clone him in every area of my medical needs. He cares, he listens and always treats me like I am the only patient on his schedule.

Dr Stern is a wonderful dr. He is acting and takes the time to listen to concerns. He explains everything he is doing and what the results mean.
