Since I'm having trouble with my memory, it's been too long since I had the appointment so I don't remember specific questions. I do remember that the doctor and all the assistance were good at their job. I never felt uncomfortable. They were very ready to help.

The ONLY "issue", if you can call it that - is how long it took to get in to see someone. You folks are SO, SO busy; it took months. A second "thing" but not a real issue was being REQUIRED to have a referring physician even though my insurance requires no referral for any specialty. You are so busy because you are so good and popular - not your fault - that Is what you should be proud of.

My bad Telehelp is video conferencing. We switched to a telephone conference. Conference was extremely important in the present provider unable to deal with Hydrocephalus. We are making a referral to Mayo Clinic as way forward to imprive Quality of Life. Thank you.
