Dr McCracken was attentive and listened to my concerns very closely. We discussed my opinions and weighed them against her professional opinion to come up with a treatment plan moving forward that worked for both of us. My experience with this provider has been excellent and I appreciate the time each provider has taken to explain what has been happening to me, why it has been happening, and the possible medical outcomes of each treatment. The knowledge I have gained from the provider has eased my anxiety and made me feel like I have finally found a provider that cares about getting me on the right track as much as I do.

Was very pleased with Kelsey McCracken's knowledge of my medical condition, she I ordered an X-ray of my lower back and within. A day reviewed the X-ray and sent me a message on my chart about explanation of the results. I was very pleased.

I received no description or details of my condition at the hospital I was taken to at the time of my accident in WV. Dr Kelsey took the time to show me the x-ray and described everything.

I have met and seen other spinal and pain specialists. Kelsey Is the best! Kelsey Is very thorough, and great listener. I never felt rushed, she answered all my questions and reviewed x-rays and MRI's during past in person visits.
