Stephanie was great. She asked about my regular routine. How I was doing with the meds given. If I had any concerns. Also plans to continue on the path of good health goals.

Stephanie doesn't give a vibe of truly caring. She is knowledgeable, but does not project a feeling of caring. But she is veery nice

My earaches are gone. She showed that 5 years ago I had same pain and swelling issue with left leg after vacation. Excellent provider

Stephanie is an exceptional caregiver. I continue to see her in regards to physicals, same-day appointments. She is very knowledgeable and truly shows care and compassion for all of her patients. One of the best at CCF Medina

Bottom line I was wasting her time and she let me know it, so this is the first time that I remember filling out a survey...She had an attitude, and I normally don't read the follow up notes, but she put that I disagreed on a medication, so I didn't take it but that's not what I said. I was given the medication by a "walk-in clinic", so I was asking them my "primary physicians" if it was the right medication to take before I started taking it! I can go on, but I won't but the least she could have done is shown me a little empathy/compassion........
