Ann Mullhaupt is much better than "very good." She is excellent. Pleasant, thorough, encouraging, well-informed. Everything one would want in a dermatology NP. I was reassured after seeing her and left being happy with life. How often does that happen?

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Ann... She explained everything that would happen, administered numbing injection painlessly and removed the biopsy sample with painless care. She is an outstanding physician and one of the very best I've ever met at Cleveland Clinic. A++++

Ms. Mulhaupt has a unique way about her. She is one of the most pleasant and concerned caregivers I have ever met with the patience of a saint and so efficient and prompt and you never feel rushed. She is very special.

Did not appreciate her opening the door on me while a was not fully dressed. Did not hear a knock on the door just the opening of the door. I was given maybe 1 minute to undress and put a gown on. No apology.
