She was not really informed about my real issue, which was my fractured neck. Her mission was to determine why I had passed out.

I had called Cleveland Clinic the day before this appointment due to chest tightness and difficulty in breathing. Fortunately, I was able to see a nurse practitioner in my primary care doctor's team the next day.
