Detailed teaching about patient's disease process & options that are possible for end stage of life. She is very knowledgeable & sensitive to our questions.

After seeing Dr Tolle and taking a lot of tests that he told me to I then try to make an appointment to discuss the test and I could only go downtown for my appointment. The first available appointment was in six months July 17 to discuss the outcome of all the tests he sent me to. So I ended up having to go with Jessica on a video chat that I really didn't want to do. Being sent for another test.

Although Very Good is the highest rating available on this survey, it does not adequately measure the quality of care I received from Jessica Glennie. She was superb, excellent, unsurpassable.

Jessica Glennie is always completely engaged, thorough and informative. It's prob the only Dr visit I almost enjoy lol. I feel comfortable to ask anything and I feel like everything has been explained to me clearly by the time I leave.

The care providers I have had over the past 8 or 9 years still have not been able to tell me why I have "shortness of breath." I have taken many tests over and over and still no explanation as to why I have air trapping in my lungs and shortness of breath. As a patient it is frustrating.

I feel very fortunate that someone pointed me to this practice for the lung issues I was experiencing. I feel as though I am getting the best care and I have total confidence in Jessica Glennie and in Dr Highland (even though I only saw the doctor once).

Jessica Glennie is amazing. Really, truly. She is a Saint. Not only is she a subject matter expert she is this rare mix of empathy, compassion, patience and holistic concern for patient well being. She is an amazing person. She is the best part of our experience at Cleveland Clinic. She also made a couple restaurant recommendations that have become must stops on each visit to Cleveland. This has helped make our trips easier, not entirely about not being well.
