After waiting 35 minutes, the care provider did not show up! I went back into my charts and scheduled another online appt. Logged into zoom at the scheduled time and againno doctor showed up after a 20 minute wait.

Results of this visit took another week to get on an antibiotic. Unacceptable delay in treatment.

I could not be seen for my condition (ear infection). Nothing said I couldn't before hand and I typed it into my chief complaint prior to the visit. I wasted my time and the provider's time. The system should recognize chief complaints that are not eligible for online visits.

I learned a little more about the tecnology of virtual visits, and will certainly use this service again. Dr. Porter was just who I needed when I needed her. I feel so much better than I have in 3 weeks

The answer to the question comparing in-person to virtual care should be qualified. My health care provider was excellent, and I suspect the quality of care would be even better in person.

She gave me great detail on paxlovid pros/cons, was very clear about maintaining regimen & not misreading negative test results to go off early. Also was very friendly, thoughtful, and listened to my questions. 100% great experience.

Dewanda Porter was very professional yet was very personable. I felt as though she cared about me and wanted to give me the best treatment possible. She was empathetic and kind and listened to my concerns and symptoms. She was also friendly and smiled quite a bit. I wrote her name down in the event I need the televisit services again. I cannot say enough nice things about her.
