Provider was unable to assess/create a plan of care due to the nature of the chief complaint. Provider was compassionate and empowered me to follow my instinct to seek in-person care vs attempting over the counter treatment.

Dewanda Porter discussed the at home test validity, treatment options, side effects of the antiviral and fact sheet, how the antiviral works. She was professional and respectful, and did not rush the appointment. She verified I have no additional questions before we ended.
