Provider was unable to assess/create a plan of care due to the nature of the chief complaint. Provider was compassionate and empowered me to follow my instinct to seek in-person care vs attempting over the counter treatment.

Twice I connected, once even told Dr was connecting sat there first time 25 minutes, second time 30 minutes no one ever came to virtual meeting, never got treated

Dewanda Porter discussed the at home test validity, treatment options, side effects of the antiviral and fact sheet, how the antiviral works. She was professional and respectful, and did not rush the appointment. She verified I have no additional questions before we ended.

Great experience I needed quick assistance to make the 5 day window for Paxlovid Treatment. I got a friendly knowledgeable nurse practitioner and a prescription with 2 hours.

Dewanda went above and beyond and she didn't have to. She was waiting on me to attach some blood results and I didn't know how to do that and she called me at 8 PM probably on her own time, and went over that with me and the next day I couldn't get the prescription because the pharmacist was off sick and I had to call and get a message to her to send it to another pharmacy and she reached out to me in about 10 minutes. She was incredible!

Again the doctor was put in a bad situation because I should have never been granted a video visit. Waste of the doctors time

After waiting 35 minutes, the care provider did not show up! I went back into my charts and scheduled another online appt. Logged into zoom at the scheduled time and againno doctor showed up after a 20 minute wait.

I could not be seen for my condition (ear infection). Nothing said I couldn't before hand and I typed it into my chief complaint prior to the visit. I wasted my time and the provider's time. The system should recognize chief complaints that are not eligible for online visits.

The answer to the question comparing in-person to virtual care should be qualified. My health care provider was excellent, and I suspect the quality of care would be even better in person.
