PA Jorris was utterly professional from attire to demeanor. In this era of slovenliness and disinterest, PA Jorris was a delightful contrast. Additionally she seemed genuinely interested, asked many questions, offered reasonable advice, and was at all times utterly professional. Also, she types at a quick pace so as to capture all the information!

Courtney is very knowledgeable, pleasant & approachable with my concerns. She is great with suggestions regarding my health issues. She is also very professional. I am happy to have her as my primary.

This was my first visit with Courtney Jorris to establish her as my PCP and it was such a good experience. It was clear she had familiarized herself with my medical history, which has not always been my experience with physicians at the Clinic. She was very easy to talk with and I felt like she really did want to discuss all of my concerns. She listened and answered all my questions fully and I cannot recommend her enough.

Courtney is the best PA. Cleveland Clinic is lucky to have her. She makes you feel comfortable and doesn't rush through appointments.
