I waited 2 hours to see the doctor pass my schedule appointment. an hour in waiting room & an hour in examine room.

Reviewed on Sep 18, 2018

The Doctor was running a little late but the receptionist informed everyone when they checked in and said she would just reschedule if anyone had to leave before they got in to see her. The overall wait time was much less then expected.

Everyone in Dr. Al Hilli's practice - whether on the phone or in the office - is kind and respectful every time you contact them. Call backs occur as stated. Dr. Al Hilli called me regarding a pathology report that had me concerned. She offered to discuss with me in person - with my family. Her office called the next morning with an appointment date and time - which was with I a day of the call with the results. Really appreciated getting in to see her so quickly and the amount of time she took to answer all of our questions.

I had to wait a while to see the doctor but feel that she spent the appropriate amount of time with me when she was able to see me. She also offered to do a procedure that day instead of having to come back another day. The issues that she sees can be challenging and are very personal to each patient. I personally appreciate that I was not rushed in any way when she was with us and my impression is that she gives that time and attention to every patient.

Sometimes I have to wait for Dr. Al-Hilli, but I know it's because she is with another patient. I know she will spend as much time with me as I need.

She never makes me feel rushed or that my questions are bothersome. She is extremely knowledge and I always leave confident she has provided me with the best care possible. I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Al-Hilli as my physician. She has taken excellent care of me through my diagnosis, during my surgery, and follow-up visits post-surgery and routine checks that I need. She always takes the time needed to listen to my concerns, and answer any questions I have about my diagnosis and current health. Dr. Al-Hilli is always very kind, caring, and compassionate,
