Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.
To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.
As of 6/19/2017, Dr. Rosian has reported no financial relationship with industry that is applicable to this listing. In general, patients should feel free to contact their doctor about any of the relationships and how the relationships are overseen by Cleveland Clinic. Public Health Service-Reportable Financial Conflicts of Interest. Cleveland Clinic scientists and physicians engage in basic, translational and clinical research activities, working to solve health problems, enhance patient care and improve quality of life for patients. Interactions with industry are essential to bringing the researchers' discoveries to the public, but can present the potential for conflicts of interest related to their research activities. This was probably the best doctor's visit I have ever had. Dr. Rochelle took the time to thoroughly understand my ailments, and communicated very clearly her diagnostic and treatment plan.I have had only had two experiences in my life that were as exemplary as this visit and both of those were with practitioners with whom I had multi-year relationships. To receive this degree of care during an initial consultation is truly awesome. I cannot recommend any Dr. Rochelle highly enough.

Last year I lost prescription coverage. She tried other options and less expensive ways to keep me on medications to help my condition. She was very concerned.

overall, impressed with everything. I realize that I waited an hour plus in the waiting area but when I was with the doctor she was very attentive and spent the necessary time to evaluate me. This was my first visit and I was very satisfied. Have not received lab results yet but I am confident that I will receive relative detailed explanations.

Dr Rosian is by far the Best. One of the reasons why I still use the CC. I have been seeing her for 12 years. She is a great doctor, human and asset to the clinic. She has a personality. She listens and hears what your saying. Also her staff has been the same for the last 12 years. This is also a plus. They all remember you and always say hi and ask how your doing. Dr Rosian has always been professional, a great doctor, but most of all she takes excellent care of me. Never once have seen her in a bad mood. Always happy and upbeat. I just love her!

Dr Rosian is wonderful. I will not go to another dr. I will drive the 2 1/2 hrs to see her. She is the only one who helped me with my RA. I have been seeing her since 2005 and will continue to drive there to see her
