Alex has provided my care for two years. She listens and explains well. This time we discussed all that is involved in the knee replacement. Alex asked if anybody had discussed a knee brace with me. Nobody had so she asked for a person to come in with a knee brace and demonstrate how it works and how it helps. I tried it over the weekend and so far I like it. Alex and I also discussed gel shots vs. Cortisone shots. With the advent of the knee brace, we will eliminate the gel shots and do the cortisone every 6 months.
