She has a very bubbly personality, answered all my questions and concerns. Made me feel very comfortable. Also she's familiar with my family history with breast cancer and asked how they were doing.

The care provider took the time to understand my concerns and explain reasoning behind the wording used in my results from testing. She reviewed those tests with me and showed me what the tests found. She took extra care in making sure explanations were understood and followed up with any further questions. During the exam she made sure to reference the concerns and reassure me that if I noticed any changes she would be there to see.
