I scheduled at Westlake Cleveland Clinic. They did not know much about how to schedule what my doctor ordered. When I got to the Fairview breast clinic, they were perfect.

It was evident to me that Dr Daad thoroughly reviewed my chart and other Drs notes previous to seeing me. We discussed my previous visit several months ago and she asked questions to follow up on what has been happening in the interval. She listened attentively when I had questions and took time to answer them as fully as possible and made I understand her answers so I wasnt still unclear or wondering about things. I am very happy to have her on my care team. I feel very secure with her.

I was nervous about this appointment because my former provider has moved to a new position and this was my first appointment with Daad. Because I was nervous, initially I don't think I was making sense spewing out my questions and concerns, and the patience shown to me along with explanations were so appreciated. Daad's bedside manner allowed me relax and get myself together and listen.
