I really have never had any bad experiences there. The staff, nurses, and doctors have always been professional, knowledgeable and very caring.

I enjoy my interactions with all of the doctors at the Cleveland Clinic and Dr. D'Andrea stands out as a concerned, caring doctor. He listens and responds to my concerns and I appreciate it especially when I'm not feeling well.

I was there to discuss any concerns about my upcoming surgery. Providers first question was, so why are we here today?. Totally unprepared and was scrambling to find things to ask me. Told me my white blood cell count was high, which I've known for only 5 years now. totally worthless visit. 3 hours, copay and parking all wasted.
