Wonderful provider! She was an hour away and I would make her my pcp in a heartbeat if she was closer. She was lovely. She was helpful and explained everything she thought was going on. She returned my test results personally.

In all my years with Cleveland Clinic I finely found someone how truly consider MY needs and what was important to ME and MY goals. I will never see anyone but her again. The biggest part of healing the body is working with the mind. I left there happy and with hope.

Very comfortable with Jackie because she is so well prepared and knowledgeable about my health status as a result of timely blood test monitoring and checking for data to sustain the health plan targets with effective strategies driven by data based decisions from the comprehensive blood work in advance of the visit. I experience very effective questioning about patient concerns or Issues. Feeling like we have been on the same page over the years regarding any adjustments when necessary. Jackie seeks patient Input. She always ends the appointment with a clear direction for the scheduling window for the next appointment including blood work testing orders.
