Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. As experts in their fields, Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists are often sought after by industry to consult, provide expertise and education.
To assure professional and commercial integrity in such matters, Cleveland Clinic maintains a program that reviews these collaborations and, when appropriate, puts measures in place to minimize bias that may result from ties to industry. Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.
As of 2/6/2019, Dr. Osborne has reported no financial relationship with industry that is applicable to this listing. Dr. Osborne was attentive, professional and thorough. I have been seen by other ENT's throughout the years who practiced in a hurried manner. I was very impressed and pleased with this experience.

I was referred to ENT by my primary care for my condition but was almost immediately dismissed by Dr. Osborne when I shared my concerns and interest in treatment. She did not seem at all interested in helping me and was not at all sympathetic when I became emotional due to the frustration I've experienced in not finding a treatment for my condition. She seemed way too busy to help me and I will not be returning to her. I

I really liked this doctor. she was professional and explained my ENT problems well. I would trust her to do surgery. I have ongoing sinus issues and plan to see her for those too. I've told a few of my friends about her. I was impressed with the way she cared and her explanations.

I'm very disappointed, and I have no faith in this medical provider and will not be returning to her. She took little to no interest in how I was feeling in fact she stated it could be a mind thing causing my symptoms, as if my problems is all in my head.

the nurse /asst was fine, but the doctor was rude and had no clue regarding my issues and had no options for me, other than a scan of my sinuses which I've already had done by another provider and I inform her of that.

was surprised because this appointment was rescheduled because of an emergency on the providers part that it was conveniently rescheduled and double booked, but yet the appointment and wait time were exceptional. thank you.

The wait time was outside of the provider's control. An emergency surgery came in and delayed mine. I understand the emergency situation, however I feel that the hospital should be better prepared for such situations.
