Dr Jennifer Halter was everything anyone wants or expects of a physician. From the point she escorted me back, she was professional, caring, empathetic, and informative. I felt very comfortable and confident about her ability through the enture test.

Dr. Halter is outstanding. From the moment I met her for a hearing evaluation to my last visit she has been wonderful. She has answered all my questions both on line & in person & taken care of all my needs. Cleveland clinic has a real Gem with her.

Jenni & her assistant took all the time needed to explain everything to me about my hearing aids & any concerns I had. I never felt rushed or that any of my questions were insignificant.

Dr. Halter is wonderful! It is also great she brings those learning and allows them to see the wonderful manner she has with her patients. She is very thorough and gave us information on how to help them troubleshoot any future issues.
