Dr. Halter is outstanding. From the moment I met her for a hearing evaluation to my last visit she has been wonderful. She has answered all my questions both on line & in person & taken care of all my needs. Cleveland clinic has a real Gem with her.

Jenni & her assistant took all the time needed to explain everything to me about my hearing aids & any concerns I had. I never felt rushed or that any of my questions were insignificant.

Dr. Halter is wonderful! It is also great she brings those learning and allows them to see the wonderful manner she has with her patients. She is very thorough and gave us information on how to help them troubleshoot any future issues.

I plan to ask this provider to be my primary care doctor. I was so impressed with his insight into my medical history and proposal for enhanced, additional care it was as if I found a doctor if you understood me more than any other in at least 10 to 15 years.

Jen was very thorough in describing the new device, how to use it, trouble shooting and gave encouragement in the use of the hearing aids. She is very knowledgeable and supportive in the process.
