Rachel is an outstanding provider. She explained everything to us in great detail. We were very impressed and satisfied with her.

Provider was very impressive and professional

My experience was awesome. The provider was very thorough and very knowledgeable about my health issues. She explained everything so well and on a level that my husband and I could understand, letting us view the x-ray with her, as she explained it. She took the time to answer all of my questions, and to explain everything to me that I asked her about. She is such a warm and compassionate provider and makes you feel that you are really special. I would recommend her to any of my friends or family.

Our provider had left that day on vacation so took two weeks to wait for an appt. We had almost a 2 hr total wait in the waiting room and exam room

Had reservations about seeing a PA instead of a doctor in initial appointment but could not have been treated more professionally. She listened and explained everything, in detail, to my satisfaction, then pointed me toward the doctor I needed to see. Great experience.

Being 70 and American I have many health care providers and Rachel Waite is, by far the finest I have experienced. She was incredibly thorough in her explanation, presentation of the MRI film, and my options for treatment. Never has anyone been so complete in their presentation, description, and choices in from of me. If I was a doctor, I would steal her away from you.

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Schlenck and his staff. From December until today every one of his team has listened to me and treated me with respect and courtesy. They have taken great care in making sure I know what is going on and giving me all information I have asked for.

Racheal was not the care provider I was supposed to have the appointment with, Dr. Schlenk was. He had an emergency surgery and had tried to see me earlier that day. I did not receive the message and because he wanted to make sure I was doing well; Racheal saw me. This was not the first time she had helped me out. My regular doctor wouldn't remove my staples so Nurse Shirley did and while I was seeing her, I explained some concerns I had. Between her and Racheal, my recovery is going well. I'm so grateful to both of them.
