Rachel was amazing!!! She was so kind & knowledgeable. She answered all my questions and seemed well prepared about my case. With Rachel, a video, rather than an in person, visit was fine. That's not always the case. Rachel is one of the most helpful providers I've ever had at Cleve Clinic. She was able to show me visuals, as well.
