Kathy did a great job of explaining what the concerns were and possible solutions. She was clear and direct enough that I knew to be very concerned, but kind and caring enough to feel that she and the team were feeling the same sense of urgency and that I would be well taken care of.

My request was originally for my primary care doctor. I am new to CCF doctors, so I wasn't used to being unable to get a same or next day appt. With him. However, I was able to get a same day with Kathleen, and I LOVED her! She took a lot of time with me and messaged back and forth with me for almost a week because my symptoms were not improving. Ultimately, she found a medication that helped, and I was verrrrrry grateful. Great person!
