Scheduling did an excellent job coordinating my appointment with the MRIs being I came same hours away . Shauna was wonderful when I had my virtual appointment and she knew I was in pain and struggling. She got my appointments moved up a month , helped coordinate the MRIs to also be able to see her Dr McGuinley and the pain clinic consecutively along with the scheduling department. They did an outstanding job

My appointments have been scheduled for me by someone at the Mellen Center the last few times. It has worked out well. They make sure they schedule my doctor appointment with Shauna, my MRIs around my infusion on the same day. This is such a blessing since we live 3+ hours away.

I really appreciate Shauna Gales. She is very caring and tries to understand my concerns. She is very encouraging about the physical things and that helps me mentally to cope with things.
