I felt initially the doctor was very abrupt with me because this was the third doctor at three different clinics I have visited for the same problem which is plagued me over the last 10 years. His final analysis was if I were you I would do nothing about this. That's not why I came to see him was to hear that. I don't think there was any concern about or inquiry about the debilitation of what was going on with this blocked ear.

Provider worked patiently with me to assure optimal outcome, offered support & reiterative to message or stop in any time additional needs arise.

Dr. Santiago is fantastic! She was kind enough to communicate with me by email. She answered my questions in detail and worked with me to maximize my hearing aid insurance benefit, including squeezing me into her schedule for an earlier appointment than the call center scheduler offered. My expectations were surpassed - Dr. Santiago knocked it out of the park!

Dr. woodson was amazing. She was the first physician to treat me as a patient, looking directly at me and making sure that I was able to understand the conversation. Top Notch!

I had a second appointment on the same day with Dr. Habercamp. I was 40 min. early then waited another Hour in the exam room waiting to be seen. I felt very unimportant to Cleveland Clinic. By the time I was finally seen I was angry and had difficulty participating in my treatment. I considered leaving after 1 Hour. I felt offended and that being made to wait so long was very inconsiderate.

Was actually seen by a student who was being supervised by named provider. Excellent competent care.
